TYPO3 extension manger won't work in XAMPP under Windows

Add these lines to all three apache configuration files (http.conf, http-ssl.conf,http-xampp.conf):


<IfModule mpm_winnt_module>
 ThreadStackSize 8388608
</IfModule>


then restart the apache.
